1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ailearnist. By accessing or using our interactive AI learning platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To use ailearnist, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete information when required

If you are using ailearnist on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3 Account Responsibility

ailearnist doesn't require an account for basic learning, but features like saved progress, badges and comments do. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for inappropriate purposes.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ailearnist to:

You may not use automated systems to access ailearnist in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce in the same period, or to scrape content at scale.

5 User Content

ailearnist allows you to submit prompts, comments, and feedback ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. Do not submit confidential, personal or proprietary data you are not allowed to share. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

7 Free Service & AI Output

ailearnist is currently free to use. There are no paid plans, subscriptions or payments on the platform. If we ever introduce optional paid features, we will update these Terms and clearly describe pricing and refund terms before you are asked to pay anything.

Some lessons and tools show or generate AI output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated — always review it before relying on it. See our Disclaimer for details.

8 Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ailearnist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content or AI output obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ailearnist and its licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
